Job Description

Headsup Corporation is looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology function for a fast-growing organization in the logistics sector. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, startup-like environment and is passionate about building scalable tech solutions.

Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Phase 5)

Experience Required: 6–10 Years

Role Overview

As a CTO, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to define and execute the technology vision. You will be responsible for building robust platforms, leading engineering teams, and driving innovation across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

  • Define and drive the overall technology roadmap
  • Align technology initiatives with business objectives
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team

Platform & Architecture

  • Design scalable, high-availability backend systems
  • Ensure clean, modular, and maintainable architecture

Product Engineering

  • Oversee development of core platforms and APIs
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
  • Drive DevOps and CI/CD processes

Data & AI

  • Develop data infrastructure and analytics capabilities
  • Lead AI-driven automation initiatives within logistics operations

Infrastructure & Security

  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance

Requirements

Experience

  • 5–10 years in software engineering and system architecture
  • Proven track record of building scalable platforms or SaaS products
  • Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments

Technical Expertise

  • Backend systems & distributed architecture
  • Microservices & API design
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
  • DevOps, CI/CD, containerization
  • Data engineering & analytics
  • AI/ML integration (preferred)

Leadership Skills

  • Strong team-building and mentoring abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with high ownership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
