This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role located in Jammu. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the dealership, ensuring growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include setting business objectives, managing financial performance, supervising operations, driving sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The CEO will also lead a team of professionals, ensure alignment with Toyota’s global standards, and work to enhance the customer experience.

• Expertise in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to lead and drive organizational growth
• Strong skills in Sales and business development, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performance sales teams
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Experience in the automotive dealership or related industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
