The Chemist will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis, testing, and quality control to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and Saudi authority requirements. The role involves laboratory testing, process monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analysis and laboratory testing of raw materials, process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor chemical processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Support production, water treatment, or quality control operations as required.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and calibration records.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Relevant certifications in laboratory or chemical handling are an advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chemist.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, water treatment, or oil & gas sectors preferred.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards and chemical handling procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and laboratory documentation.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
