We are looking for a Central Reservation Executive to manage guest booking inquiries and support reservation operations across multiple hospitality properties.

This is a remote, contract-based role ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels

• Assist customers with booking details and provide accurate information

• Manage reservations and maintain proper booking records

• Resolve guest queries professionally and efficiently

• Promote available services to enhance guest experience and increase bookings

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation operations

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience in handling reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Ability to promote services and support sales opportunities

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Experience with reservation management systems is an advantage

• Background in hospitality or travel industry is preferred
