Job Description
- Grow Nova Platform (Redbus’ inhouse B2B platform for bus operators)
- Help category growth through Vendor onboardings
- Improve top of the funnel through marketing outreach
- Drive conversions to fuel sales growth
- Ensure smooth fulfillment of orders processed through Nova Platform
- Ownership of BAU operations
- Design and own implementation of SOPs
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics and other cross functional teams to improve effectiveness of Nova
- Work closely with Supply team to drive awareness about Nova among operators
- Drive actionable business insights from data
