Actively Reviewing the ApplicationsTMRW House of Brands
Job Description
About Nobero
Nobero is a Hyderabad-based D2C athleisure brand redefining everyday fashion for Gen-Z and Millennials. Born in 2014 as My Dream Store and now proudly part of Aditya Birla’s TMRW House of Brands, Nobero blends global trends with Indian fits—offering stylish, minimal, and ultra-comfortable clothing for travel, concerts, lounging, and life on the go.
From oversized tees to travel joggers, we deliver drop-based collections every fortnight with a strong sustainability-first, made-to-order approach. We’re building a community of fashion-forward, comfort-obsessed individuals who believe that style doesn’t have to come at the cost of the planet.
Role Overview
As a Catalog Associate, you will be the custodian of how our products look and feel to millions of customers. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle on digital storefronts—from uploading high-quality listings to ensuring SEO-rich descriptions and maintaining catalog hygiene across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing Management: Execute end-to-end listing of new launches (T-shirts, Hoodies, Joggers, etc.) on the Shopify website and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart).
- Data Accuracy: Manage "Flat Files" and bulk upload templates. Ensure 100% accuracy in attributes like fabric (e.g., 180 GSM Cotton), size charts, wash care, and color variants.
- SEO Optimization: Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using high-ranking keywords to improve organic search visibility.
- Marketplace Hygiene: Regularly audit live listings to fix suppressed products, image mismatches, or incorrect pricing/discounts.
- Visual Merchandising: Coordinate with the design and photoshoot teams to ensure all product images meet marketplace guidelines and reflect Nobero’s brand aesthetics.
- A+ Content & Brand Store: Assist in setting up Enhanced Brand Content (EBC/A+) and updating the Brand Store on Amazon and Flipkart for seasonal campaigns.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the Category and SCM teams to ensure that virtual inventory matches physical stock and that "Out of Stock" items are managed effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in e-commerce cataloging (Fashion/Apparel background is a huge plus).
- Marketplace Expertise: Hands-on experience with seller panels of Amazon (Seller Central), Myntra (Partner Portal), and Flipkart.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate) is non-negotiable for handling large data sets.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar D2C platforms.
- Detail Oriented: An "eye for detail" to catch typos, wrong size charts, or low-res images before they go live.
- Communication: Strong written English skills for crafting compelling product copy.
