Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 2-6 LPA)

As part of the capital markets operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely confirmation and settlement of trades across financial instruments. This role is critical to maintaining operational integrity, minimizing settlement risk, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external counterparties. You will work closely with trading, risk, and custodial teams to support smooth post-trade processes and uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Perform trade confirmations for capital market transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Manage end-to-end trade settlement processes, ensuring adherence to settlement timelines
Reconcile trade details with counterparties, brokers, custodians, and clearing agencies
Resolve confirmation and settlement discrepancies promptly to avoid operational or financial risk
Maintain accurate records of confirmed and settled trades
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-trade operations
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Support daily, weekly, and month-end operational reporting related to confirmations and settlements
