We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing Campaign Specialist who understands how creator collaborations work in the real world — not just on paper.
This is an on-site role in Noida, where you’ll help bring influencer campaigns to life — from identifying the right creators to ensuring campaigns go live smoothly and deliver results.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of creators, culture, and brands, this role will put you right in the middle of the action.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Discovering and shortlisting creators who are the perfect fit for brand campaigns
• Managing influencer relationships & ensuring smooth communication throughout the campaign
• Coordinating with internal teams & brand partners to execute campaigns end-to-end
• Tracking campaign deliverables and timelines
• Analyzing performance metrics and identifying insights to improve future campaigns
You’ll fit right in if you:
• Have 2–3 years of experience managing influencer or digital marketing campaigns
• Understand how creators operate across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Are great at communication, coordination, and managing multiple moving pieces
• Have a strong sense of what makes content engaging and culturally relevant
• Can balance creativity with execution and organization
Bonus points if you have experience in marketing, PR, communications, or brand partnerships
