Job Descript
4- 10 years of experience on Telco-grade products.
· Should have hands-on experience in designing and developing Bare Metal and Cloud Native, Microservices applications, using Containers and Virtualization Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Consul, Redis, gRPC, Helm, Envoy and Open-Source Integration.
· Hands on experience in C & C++ programming.
· Good working knowledge in CI/CD DevOps and CI automation tools like Jenkins.
· Good working knowledge of MMTEL standards including GSMA IR.92, IR.94, IR.51
· Good working knowledge in VOLTE/IMS, SIP in 4G/5G core technologies.
· Knowledge of Nokia Telco products CFX-5000, NTAS, Nokia SBC is a plus.
· Ensures that requirements are defined according to the Customer use-cases & in compliance with Telco standards where applicable.
· Able to participate and provide insights in technical forward-looking studies, technical features definitions, issues resolution.
· Able to provide guidance and support to feature team members on development as well as customer issues.
· Hands-on Experience in all aspects of Software Development and Processes.
· Team player with proven ability to work in diverse team environment

Responsibility
Contribute towards all aspects of software life cycle management in Nokia SBC / Nokia TAS including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and code reviews, and ensure timely delivery with quality.
· Analyze critical issues found in customer deployments in detail, identify the root cause and provide solutions with optimal quality.
· Drive Nokia SBC / Nokia TAS architecture evolution and introduce design/architecture optimizations as required.
· Engage discussions with customers to understand their requirements, concerns, and identify optimal solutions.
· Participate in process reviews/inspections, workshops, task forces and research groups related to Core technologies.
· Work effectively in a mixed environment and utilize best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
· Apply and maintain quality standards. Participate in process and tools of evolutions and identify improvements therein.
· Mentor junior team members and help them realize their full potential.
