Business Development Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and formulating growth strategies. Daily tasks will include identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing trends, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to expand the company’s client base and service offerings.

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and target-based sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Prior experience in business development or sales within the IT or digital marketing sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
