As a Business Development Manager, you will manage lead generation, conversions, and team performance.

Your Responsibilities Include
- Developing and executing business growth strategies
- Handling key client meetings and proposal discussions
- Managing and guiding business development executives
- Coordinating with marketing and delivery teams for smooth project execution
- Tracking sales performance and revenue targets
- Building strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in a digital marketing or IT services company is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client needs
- Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage targets and multiple opportunities
