Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, result-oriented Business Development / Sales Manager with strong experience in commercial interior projects (offices, retail, club houses, gyms, salons etc). The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and closure of interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close commercial interior projects
- Develop relationships with corporates, real estate consultants, architects & PMCs
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle:
- Lead → Requirement → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Coordinate with design, estimation & execution teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Attend client meetings, site visits & presentations
Mandatory Requirements
- 8–10 years of proven experience in commercial interior sales
- Strong network with corporate clients, brokers, and consultants
- Knowledge of BOQs, fit-out costing, timelines & contracts
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently
Commission-Based
- High commission per closed project(With good % on total value of the project)
- No cap on earnings
- Ideal for independent sales professionals with strong networks
