Job Description
Location: Pune ( Shivaji Nagar)
Experience Required: 5 plus years
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking at industry events, and analysing real estate trends like residential or commercial developments.
- Build and nurture relationships with developers, investors, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to generate leads and partnerships.
- Develop strategic plans, including sales targets, proposals, and pitches customised for project management services such as timeline oversight, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
Client Engagement Duties
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals for consultancy services, ensuring alignment with client needs like sustainable builds or large-scale urban projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, estimators) to deliver tailored solutions and support project execution from inception to handover.
- Track performance metrics, report on pipeline progress, and use CRM tools to monitor sales and market insights
