At Etern Learning, we are building the future of early childhood learning. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
π Location: Vennala, Kochi
π° Salary: Up to βΉ40,000 (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Drive B2C sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
* Lead and manage the sales team to improve performance
* Convert leads into enrollments through calls, meetings, and presentations
* Build relationships with parents and potential customers
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
* Track sales performance and report insights to management
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in B2C Sales
* Minimum 1 year experience in team handling (Mandatory)
* EdTech experience is an added advantage
* Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
* Target-driven and self-motivated
