Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3β4 years of experience in client acquisition and outbound lead generation. This role is ideal for someone confident in digital outreach platforms and comfortable working on a commission-based, per-project model.
π Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Draft personalized outreach messages and proposals tailored to client needs
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to close projects
- Maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients for repeat business
- Track outreach, responses, and conversions to continuously improve performance
β Required Skills & Experience
- 3β4 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / cold outreach
- Upwork bidding and proposal writing
- Reddit communities and organic outreach
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Prior experience working on commission or performance-based roles is a plus
