Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, and driving partnerships. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and presenting proposals, developing strategies to achieve business growth, and staying updated on sustainability and circular economy trends.

- Knowledge and passion for sustainability, recycling, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in sustainability, waste management, or the circular economy is a plus.
