Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include developing effective sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. You will play a critical role in expanding the company's client base while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, and identifying growth opportunities
Ability to communicate effectively, both in presentations and client meetings
Negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing expertise
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Team leadership and collaboration experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Previous experience in IT, digital marketing, or mobile advertising industries is a plus
