#Profile: Business Development Manager (BDM)

#Experience: 4 years or above

#Location: Mohali

#NoticePeriod: Immediate Joiner Preferred

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔

• Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels and platforms (not limited to Upwork).

• Utilize various business development channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, referrals, bidding platforms, and partnerships.

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.

• Manage client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals independently.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance (experience in team handling is a plus).
