The DigitalFlix is a high-octane AI digital marketing ecosystem. We operate at the intersection of professional agency services and cutting-edge education. We are seeking a Business Development Intern for our Bhopal office who can navigate both worlds: attracting top-tier clients for our agency and high-potential students for our institute.
This is a dual-impact role. You will be the face of The DigitalFlix, responsible for identifying and nurturing two distinct pipelines. Whether you are pitching AI-driven performance marketing to a business owner or inviting an aspiring marketer to a demo class, your goal is to showcase the power of our AI-integrated approach.
1. Institute & Student Growth
- Direct Outreach: Connect with students and professionals looking to upskill in AI-integrated SEO, Meta Ads, and Automation.
- Demo Class Strategy: Drive high-quality leads into our Live Demo Sessions. You will manage the invitation process, address initial queries, and ensure a smooth transition from "interested" to "enrolled."
- Consultative Guidance: Act as a career counselor, helping students understand how our practical, agency-led training differs from theoretical courses.
2. Agency & Client Acquisition
- Lead Generation: Identify businesses (locally in Bhopal and across India) that need high-performance digital marketing, branding, or lead generation services.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends to identify niches where our AI-driven strategies can provide a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management: Support the founders in client communications, assisting with proposals and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Dynamic Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. You should be able to pivot your tone from professional (for clients) to relatable and "Gen Z-coded" (for students).
- Sales Pipeline Proficiency: Basic understanding of how to move a lead from the first touchpoint to a closed deal (or a demo class seat).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate which outreach strategies are actually converting into high-intent inquiries.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A self-motivated approach to finding new opportunities for the company.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
