Job Description
Unique World Robotics is a pioneering organization focused on delivering cutting-edge robotics education, training, and solutions for schools, colleges, and industries. Our mission is to inspire innovation, creativity, and problem-solving through robotics and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for robotics training programs, workshops, and institutional partnerships.
- Generate leads, schedule client meetings, and deliver impactful presentations to schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, training partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting robotics courses, internships, and events such as tech fests, hackathons, and competitions.
- Collaborate with the academic and training teams to design customized proposals and offerings for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new avenues for expansion.
- Represent Unique World Robotics at exhibitions, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Support in organizing large-scale events like Tech Fests, and workshops.
- Coordinate with internal teams (training, engineering, and projects) to ensure smooth execution of client commitments.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in the EdTech or Training sector).
- Freshers with strong communication and a passion for robotics/education may also apply.
- Location: Kannur, Malappuram, Calicut
