Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Mohpa, is for a Business Development Executive at ROI Minds. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, presenting our services, and negotiating contracts. The role requires managing sales calls, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with our marketing solutions. The role is geared towards building long-lasting client connections and contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, sales pitching, and proposal development for marketing services.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing solutions including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Analytical skills to understand client requirements and align them with marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Self-motivated with time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or business growth in the marketing or digital advertising domain.
  • Educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
