Industry & Sector: Operating in the residential and commercial real estate sector in India, this role supports property sales, channel partnerships, and customer advisory services across primary and secondary markets. The team focuses on end-to-end client acquisition, site coordination, and deal closure for property portfolios spanning apartments, plotted developments, and commercial space.

Primary Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
Promote real estate projects through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing and convert them into clients.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and ongoing client support.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events for lead generation.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic understanding of the real estate industry (training will be provided for freshers).
Good presentation and client handling skills.
Own vehicle preferred (site visit requirement).
