Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Junagadh. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and managing accounts. The candidate will focus on driving business growth through effective communication and strategic partnerships while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Strategy and Growth planning
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business goals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the chemical or adhesives industry is a plus
