Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Technopark Phase 1, Trivandrum.
We're looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Executive who can speak confidently, connect genuinely with clients, and take ownership of the full customer journey — from first conversation to signed deal.
You don't need a degree. You don't need years of experience.
You need the right attitude, the right energy, and the ability to communicate.
What You'll Be Doing
• Speaking directly with potential clients and handling inquiries
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Understanding client needs and presenting the right solutions
• Following up, nurturing leads, and closing deals
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
• Fluent in Hindi and English — spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, patient, and people-first in every interaction
• Self-starter who takes initiative without being told
• Someone who sees rejection as feedback, not failure
