💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing) who has hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, performance-focused, and passionate about digital growth.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Manage campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
• Monitor and improve key metrics like ROI, CTR, CPC & Conversions
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, events)
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Work on real client accounts and budgets

✅ Key Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Familiarity with GA4, tracking tools, and reporting
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance
