Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Tasks include lead generation, account management, negotiating contracts, preparing client presentations, and fostering partnerships to meet organizational goals. Collaborating with multiple teams and ensuring client satisfaction will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business Development and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree
