Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships. This hybrid role (based in Udupi, with partial work-from-home flexibility) involves:

• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
• Building and nurturing relationships with our clients.
• Managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in new business development and lead generation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in account management and client retention
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments
• Knowledge of packaging/prepress services (structural design, artwork, 3D visualization) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
