Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as a Business Development Associate, based in Kochi. we are looking for a talented Business Development Associate with 2+ years of experience in managing international clients and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Generate high-quality leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn (B2B)
• Research and identify potential clients in IT & non-IT sectors in European markets
• Initiate & maintain communication with prospects to understand their resource requirements.
• Experience in handling international customers
• Strong lead generation skills across multiple channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
