We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong consulting background to support and lead Automotive strategy and transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into structured, executable plans aligned with the organization's multi-year roadmap. You will work closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to design projects, develop business cases, and ensure disciplined governance throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position requires a balance of analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and project management expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive measurable and sustainable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project design phase for Automotive strategy and transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term strategic roadmap
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, scope, and quality parameters
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, BRDs, FRDs, and change requests
• Support business case development for transformation initiatives through detailed data analysis and structured problem-solving
• Analyze business data, formulate hypotheses, validate insights, and develop actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Engage proactively with key stakeholders and workstream leads to maintain project transparency and ensure consistent progress
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with executive board members and cross-functional leaders
• Monitor project governance and ensure adherence to established frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Utilize tools such as JIRA for effective project tracking, collaboration, and workflow management
• Identify potential risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably within the Automotive domain
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Proven experience leading strategy and transformation initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create executive-level PowerPoint decks
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for tracking deliverables and managing workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and hypothesis-driven approach
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and documentation discipline
