About the Role

We’re hiring a Technology Strategy Analyst to work directly with senior technology leadership at KeyValue. This is an analyst role (designed for someone with a software engineering background who wants to transition into a strategy and operations-focused position.

You’ll help translate technical complexity into structured insights, drive key initiatives, and support decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior technology leadership on strategy, planning and execution
• Conduct research, deep dives and analysis on technology trends, competitors, product performance and internal systems
• Translate technical problems into clear frameworks, insights, and recommendations
• Create briefs, reports, decks and decision documents
• Coordinate across engineering, product, data and business teams
• Track priorities, manage follow-ups, and ensure momentum on key projects.
• Support operational improvements and process design across teams.

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
• High ownership, energy, and bias toward action
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in product, data, strategy, or operations
• Exposure to SaaS, platform, or high-growth startup environments
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides
