Job Description

Business Analyst

Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand lending‑related business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to guide solution design, validate enhancements, and ensure smooth delivery of changes.
Support the rollout of new lending products by conducting impact assessments, preparing requirement artifacts, and assisting throughout UAT.

Monitor and address day‑to‑day client issues, ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance of mainframe‑based lending systems.

Participate in strategic initiatives such as automation, data analytics, and process reengineering to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Evaluate available technologies and propose scalable solutions aligned with client expectations and long‑term platform strategy.
Contribute to continuous improvements that keep lending systems reliable, adaptable, and compliant with banking standards.

Deep domain experience in Payments, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Core Banking

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata.
