Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Guindy Employment Type: Full Time Qualifications: B.E/B.TECH/MBA Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement gathering, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Basic understanding of the broking or financial services industry is an added advantage but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Support solution design by validating business rules, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Assist in UAT planning, test case review, and validation of delivered solutions.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
- Support change requests and ensure impact analysis is conducted eAectively.
- Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (not Mandatory), and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and functional documents.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS OAice tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Jira/ any other Analytical tool is a plus. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic understanding of the broking, capital markets, or financial services industry.
- Exposure to trading platforms, back-oAice systems, or customer onboarding journeys.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
