Job Description

Novisync is looking for motivated Business Analysts with a startup mindset — individuals who think creatively, adapt quickly, and are ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be the bridge between business requirements and technical teams, helping design smart, scalable, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable deliverables.
Perform market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
Prepare business process documentation, reports, and flow diagrams.
Support development and testing teams by ensuring business objectives are met.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command over MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proactive, adaptable attitude with a startup mindset — ready to take initiative and learn continuously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
Prior experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, or client coordination.
