Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing professional to drive brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion/apparel branding, digital-first marketing strategies, and content-led brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (In-House)

Conceptualize and execute engaging brand-led content across digital platforms.

Develop long-form video content and series aligned with brand storytelling.

Brand Campaigns

Plan and execute impactful brand campaigns that strengthen brand positioning.

Create content formats such as “Life in a Startup” / behind-the-scenes storytelling to enhance brand relatability.

Collaborations & Partnerships

Identify and build strategic brand collaborations and partnerships.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute co-branded initiatives.

Influencer Marketing

Manage influencer collaborations, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.

Track campaign performance and optimize influencer strategies.

Social Media Campaigns

Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

Passion for fashion and apparel industry.

Digital-first and video-first marketing mindset.

Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Preferred Background

5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing / Advertising.

Experience working with luxury or premium brands is highly preferred.

Prior exposure to fashion or apparel industry will be an added advantage.
