Job Title: Brand Development Executive – Domex & Vim Surface Cleaners
Location: Mumbai HO
Reports to: Brand Manager – Domex & Vim Surface Cleaners
Role Overview
Domex is on an accelerated challenger journey in the toilet cleaning category, and Vim entering the surface cleaning category is one of the most strategic launches of the year for H&H. This role will support brand mix development across communication, packaging, product, and innovation to drive penetration growth and deliver winning mixes in market.

Key Responsibilities
- Support development of comms, packs, and product mixes for Domex and Vim Surface cleaners
- Manage day-to-day coordination with agencies for creative, design, and digital assets
- Assist in innovation and renovation workstreams with CMI, R&D, and design partners
- Track brand performance, competition, and category trends to inform brand actions.
- Contribute with consumer immersions and translate insights into actionable ideas
- Seamless at running innovation/ renovation networks. Drives cross-functional team alignment to ensure smooth project execution OTIF

- Strong bias for action, problem-solving, and ownership.
- Curiosity for understanding consumers and their needs.
- Agility and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
- Strategic clarity and ability to simplify complex issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in brand building, design, comms development, or innovation
