Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Kottayam. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a team to achieve targets, and ensure exceptional delivery of training services. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring excellence in customer service, and achieving business growth objectives. The role requires regular interaction with clients, trainers, and support teams to uphold the institution's high standards of service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Client relationship management and excellent communication abilities
  • Operational management experience, including target-focused performance and resource planning
  • Knowledge of training services in education or professional development sectors is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems relevant to administrative and educational management
  • Experience in customer service and ability to foster a client-focused environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • Experience in the education or coaching industry will be a plus
