Role Overview

The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and growth of the branch. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client management, and ensuring that business targets, quality standards, and company values are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Drive business growth by achieving revenue, profitability, and operational targets
  • Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Oversee client relationships, ensure service quality, and address escalations when required
  • Implement company policies, processes, and compliance standards at the branch level
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to maintain cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with head office and other branches to align goals and strategies
  • Review performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence
