Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Handle inbound calls and emails to manage hotel and resort reservations.
Confirm bookings and ensure accurate reservation details.
Send reservation confirmations to guests via email.
Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure smooth guest check-ins.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the reservation process.
Ensure a seamless booking experience from initial enquiry to final confirmation.
