Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated BMS Project Engineer to join our growing HVAC Controls team at Uriel Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, and MEP coordination, with the ability to deliver high-quality engineering designs and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop BMS Control Submittals and manage project scope to ensure timely delivery.
Review bid documents and prepare proposals for HVAC Controls.
Analyze Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to interpret project requirements.
Select appropriate controllers, field devices, and sensors based on design needs.
Design Network Risers, Flow Diagrams, Hardware Schedules, and Point-to-Point wiring diagrams.
Prepare Control Valve Schedules, Damper Actuator Schedules, and Bill of Materials.
Create Controls Catalogs and finalize Controls Submittal documentation.
Support commissioning activities and provide assistance during BMS site execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in Building Automation.
0–2 years of experience in designing, configuring, programming, installing, or troubleshooting HVAC/BMS Controls.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work efficiently in challenging situations.
