Position Description

• Junior BMC Helix Developer / Integration Analyst
  
  

Role Purpose

Support development, configuration, and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, and Digital Workplace solutions, including dashboards and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules:

Incident, Change, Service Request, SLA, CMDB

Develop and modify:

Forms, workflows, filters, escalations

Smart IT and Digital Workplace UI components

Build and maintain reports and dashboards using:

BMC Helix Smart Reporting

Support CMDB:

CI creation, relationship mapping, reconciliation rules

Data validation and health checks

Assist in integrations using:

Helix Integration Studio

Atrium Integrator / Orchestrator

REST APIs, Web Services

Perform unit testing, data migration, and deployment activities.

Provide L2/L3 support for Helix platform issues.

Document technical designs and operational procedures.

Skills & Experience

4–7 years in BMC Remedy / Helix development.

Hands-on with:

Helix ITSM, Smart IT, Smart Reporting

Basic AR System workflow & SQL

Understanding of ITIL processes.

Exposure to CMDB, Asset, and Discovery is a plus.

Good communication and coordination skills.
