Job Description

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Resource Adapters for Blue Planet MDSO
Integrate network devices, EMS/NMS, and controllers using adapter frameworks
Develop Python-based services and APIs for orchestration use cases
Support network discovery, provisioning, activation, and lifecycle management
Troubleshoot adapter, integration, and network-related issues
Work closely with orchestration, network, and QA teams
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and well-documented code

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Python development
Good knowledge of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs)
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS
Understanding of SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF
Experience working on Linux/Unix environments
Hands-on experience with Git / Version Control

Preferred / Nice To Have

Experience with Blue Planet MDSO adapter framework
Telecom / Network orchestration domain experience
Knowledge of SDN / NFV concepts
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
