About the Role

BAUMAT is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler with strong experience in Revit and shop drawings, specializing in finishing and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid Architectural or Civil Engineering background and the ability to produce accurate BIM models and detailed shop drawings for high-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit for finishing and fit-out works.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in clash detection and model coordination with other disciplines.
• Update BIM models based on site changes and design revisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Strong Revit expertise (mandatory).
• Experience in finishing and interior fit-out projects.
• Solid knowledge of shop drawings and construction detailing.
• Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale commercial or luxury interior projects.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination tools and clash detection workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.
