Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist in developing 2D and 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software under the guidance of Senior BIM Specialists and BIM Coordinators.
Prepare and update basic drawings, layouts, and schedules according to project requirements.
Ensure model elements follow company standards, templates, and modeling conventions.
Support the BIM team in maintaining organized project files and model versions.
Participate in training to build proficiency in BIM tools, workflows, and standards.
Coordinate with team members to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Perform basic model audits and identify minor issues for correction.

Qualifications

Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or related technical course with or without licensed.
Open to fresh graduates or career shifters with Revit training.
At least 1 year of work experience in drafting or BIM modeling.
Have basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM authoring tools.
Able to interpret construction drawings, model elements, and basic design documentation.
