Job Description
Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and manage Revit MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project standards and LOD requirements.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, families, layouts, sections, schedules, and construction drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical systems.
- Perform clash detection in Navisworks, generate clash reports, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Extract quantities, equipment schedules, and material take‑offs from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to MEP design standards, naming conventions, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure modeling accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Maintain model accuracy, version control, and BIM documentation; perform routine QA/QC checks.
- Support BIM workflow improvements, templates, and implementation of discipline-specific best practices.
What We're Looking for
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
- Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection & electrical services
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
