Job Description

We are a fast-growing technology company operating in the AdTech and Mobile Monetization ecosystem, building infrastructure that powers revenue for thousands of mobile apps worldwide. Our platform processes billions of ad requests and user events every day, enabling publishers to monetize effectively while delivering high-quality ad experiences to users.

We are looking for Backend Engineers who are curious about systems operating at internet scale—engineers who get excited about how products handle massive DAU, real-time bidding decisions, and high-volume data pipelines. If you enjoy understanding the business impact behind the systems you build, this role will give you exposure to both deep infrastructure challenges and the mobile monetization domain.

This role is based in India with a hybrid work model.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and build high-throughput backend systems that process billions of requests and events daily across the ad monetization platform.
Develop scalable microservices, APIs, and event-driven pipelines that power real-time ad serving, analytics, and publisher monetization.
Work closely with product and business teams to understand DAU trends, traffic patterns, and monetization flows, translating them into scalable backend architectures.
Optimize backend services for low latency, reliability, and efficient resource usage across distributed systems.
Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and other distributed systems.
Implement observability, monitoring, and debugging frameworks to ensure system health at large scale.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

Strong experience with Golang.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases
Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments

Preferred

Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS)
Knowledge of Redis or caching strategies
Exposure to high-scale systems, adtech platforms, or high DAU consumer products
Interest in understanding mobile monetization, ad infrastructure, or real-time bidding ecosystems
