Backend Developer (Golang / Elixir / Python)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang, Elixir, or Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable backend systems, work on microservices, and contribute to high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure backend services
  
• Develop and optimize microservices with efficient APIs (gRPC, GraphQL, REST)
  
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance
  
• Apply Go’s concurrency features (goroutines, channels) to build high-performance systems
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation
  
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and front-end teams to deliver features
  
• Deploy and monitor applications in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
  
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
  
• Work with Kafka/NATS for event-driven architecture
  
  
  
  

• Strong programming experience in Golang, Erlang, or Python.
  
• Solid understanding of Go’s concurrency model (goroutines, channels, etc.).
  
• Expertise in microservices architecture with gRPC / GraphQL.
  
• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
  
• Proficiency with Git and other version control tools.
  
• Knowledge of Docker and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or NATS.
  
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  

Experience Required

• 5+ years of software development experience.
  
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang, Erlang, or Python.
  
• Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable backend services.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
