Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled .NET Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable APIs, working with SQL stored procedures, and optimizing backend performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Agile environments and has exposure to modernizing or upgrading legacy systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and frontend teams to design, develop, and improve high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET backend APIs.
Build and optimize RESTful services for high-traffic systems.
Write, maintain, and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and queries.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting at API and database levels.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Work on legacy system modernization and migration initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
Solid understanding of scalable backend architecture.
Advanced experience in SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with performance tuning and debugging production issues.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good knowledge of REST principles, authentication, and authorization.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
