Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Operation position at Miracle Ventures, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing back-office tasks, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, supporting customer service initiatives, and assisting with finance and sales-related tasks.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and record management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and internal coordination
- Basic knowledge of Finance and experience with budgets, reports, or billing procedures
- Familiarity with Sales processes and support for business growth activities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with office software, such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience in hospitality, food, or retail industries is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
