Your Role
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and techniques.
Collaborate with team members to propose and implement innovative solutions and reusable components.
Implement, monitor, and maintain Azure solutions across compute, storage, networking, and security.
Create and maintain work item templates and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) project provisioning.
Develop and maintain Azure Pipelines (vNext and YAML), including deployment using Bicep.
Automate support processes using custom scripts (PowerShell/Bash).
Manage ADO user invitations, license allocations, and security configurations.
Deploy and maintain self-hosted agents and manage ADO extensions/plugins.
Monitor ADO status pages and organization-level settings.
Design, configure, and manage Grafana dashboards for infrastructure and business applications.
Integrate Grafana with Azure and other data sources for service monitoring.
Your Profile
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS services and networking.
Proficiency in .NET development.
Experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
Understanding of ADO security, provisioning, and plugin approval processes.
Experience with Grafana dashboard design and integration.
Knowledge of ServiceNow processes related to DevOps operations.
