Job Description

Client is hiring a Connect Developer (Full Stack) - Software Engineer - Level 2 (3 to 5 Years experience). Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design and configure Amazon Connect Contact Flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies.
Troubleshoot IVR issues, call failures, softphone and agent desktop issues, Lambda failures, and API timeouts.
Monitor real-time metrics and analyze CloudWatch traces for platform issues.
Manage IAM roles, permissions, and ensure least-privilege security design.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and core components, telephony, call recording, and call control.
Experience with JavaScript and Python.
Knowledge of AWS services and encryption (KMS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing IVR issues, call failures, and platform errors.
